New home builder, Taylor Morrison, has opened their much anticipated Pflugerville community Sarah's Creek, with the Model Home now open to homebuyers. The community which is in a prime section of Pflugerville is close to the heart of the neighborhood commercial district, and just a few minutes to intersection of I-35 & Wells Branch Pkwy.
Neighborhood attractions include the Cinemark movie theatre, and Downtown Pflugerville activities, dining and shopping which are all within a 5 - 10 minute drive. Homes start from the $460s in this community, and have an urban feel with a suburban slant. Little or no yard to tend, but an HOA to keep residents on the narrow. The builder currently has rate buydown and closing cost incentives ongoing, but these may not last.
